A concrete building that is 10 years old is already aging and starts to develop problems. It begins to generate constant expenses because high-quality labor is lacking in our country. Even properly insulated buildings with adequate thermal and sound insulation are rare. In my opinion, the most sensible investment strategy is not to buy a brand-new apartment, but rather to purchase one that is 2–3 years old, then sell it when the building reaches 12–13 years of age—that’s the most logical approach for me. Brand-new apartments tend to frustrate owners with various issues during the first two years.
