A preliminary mouse study reports an unusual finding and suddenly social media is declaring entire industries are obsolete. Almost nothing is known about how mouse microbiomes relate to human microbiomes, and almost nobody making these claims has read the paper in detail. But there is a Harvard truth logo on the graphic, so apparently we can skip straight to announcing a revolution.
