I think one of the biggest lies in crypto is that "early" is what makes people successful. I've been around long enough to watch people get into projects years before everyone else and still end up with nothing because they never contributed, never learned, and never built relationships. Meanwhile I've seen people arrive late, provide value, become trusted voices, and outperform the so-called early adopters. Being early is overrated. Being useful is underrated. That's probably not a popular opinion, but I believe it more every year. Curious whether others see it the same way. @RallyOnChain
