the smart glasses UX is incredibly important but ironically the only person who will actually profit from this work is a future Elon Musk when neuralink uses the lessons learned to develop the UX in their direct to optical nerve visual implants (along with similarly installed audio) this will be a clearly superior version of the technology, but will unfortunately come at such significant privacy and personal freedom risk that it will never find public adoption
