The Ministry of Education has announced in a statement that 262,442 students passed the regular session of the 2026 national #baccalaureate exams in Morocco. The ministry said the number #represents a 5% increase compared to last year. The overall pass rate reached 64.8%. Among #female candidates, the success rate stood at 68.7%, compared to 60% for #male candidates. Female students accounted for 59% of all successful candidates. This means that 154,881 female students have passed the baccalaureate exams. The ministry stated that a total of 404,957 enrolled students sat for the exams this session, with an #attendance rate of 94.9%. Private candidates who took the exams reached 55,556 students, with an attendance rate of 55.2% and a pass rate of 37.4%. Private and enrolled candidates who obtained good grades reached 161,657, representing 57% of all successful candidates.
