This is a daily task I handle: checking product listings on e-commerce platforms. I’ve already automated the entire process using AI, and the project has reached version 2.5.2. It now performs automated inspections of products on JD.com, Pinduoduo, and Tmall; AI-powered data cleaning; automatic formatting and storage into Feishu Multidimensional Tables; intelligent matching of corresponding sales representatives and customer service staff; manual verification; and, upon confirmation, automated delivery via bots to the relevant personnel. I’ve also isolated the highest-risk anti-scraping points through manual intervention and built a comprehensive knowledge base within Feishu, including databases for company names, sales and customer service staff, and product specifications. Over two months, I overcame numerous challenges—and this solution is even more reliable than third-party data service providers on the market. With a strong AI model, combined with a clear understanding of my workflow SOPs and strategic handling of critical nodes, it’s entirely possible to build an excellent fully or semi-automated workflow. This semi-automated workflow, paired with an enterprise knowledge base, is absolutely marketable—I genuinely think this concept is impressive.
