One of the clearest times I can say prayer worked for me was during my post-UTME exam. The night before the exam, I studied a number of past questions. On the exam day, as I entered the ICT CBT hall at FUTO and sat in front of my computer, I became extremely nervous. Although many of the questions on the screen were the same past questions I had studied the previous night, My anxiety was so overwhelming that, despite recognizing the questions, I could not solve even one of them correctly. I spent the first five minutes struggling with the fear and immense nervousness. Then I closed my eyes, made the sign of the cross, bowed my head, and said a very short prayer. After that, I started solving the questions again and immediately noticed a change. I felt calm, confident, and the nervousness disappeared. That experience taught me that prayer is not necessarily about asking for a miracle, a magical answer, or a quick turnaround. Instead, it helps you align yourself with reality, calm your mind, and approach challenges with confidence. I eventually scored 324 in the exam.
