This is so touching ngl 💔😪 I’m currently facing same issue, like exactly the same thing as you are But I just keep on going regardless of the outcome, cuz I know that it will eventually work out one day My advice give yourself a day or two to cool off Do something else aside trading, maybe go visit a friend, play games or see a movie Then come back to your chart when you must cooled off some steam .. We keep moving forward no matter what
