Develop your data carrier usecase on a L2 !! those that want to share/host data have to install L2 nodes base layer does NOT store the data NO free use, must use some sats as a commodity money for your usecase to input an entry into the ledger base layer act as a ledger for entries. The more L2 nodes, the more decentralized your shared data will be.
