Multi agent workflows fall apart without one thing: a single source of truth. When I started splitting my AI workflow into PM, Dev, QA, UX, and Marketing chats, each one slowly developed its own version of the product. Old features came back. Wrong assumptions appeared. Good suggestions started conflicting. So now I keep one simple project note updated. - Current goal. - Current features. - Known bugs. - What should not change. - Next priority. - Tech stack. - Launch status. Not fancy. But it keeps the whole AI team aligned.
