I've always found it interesting that we spend so much time planning our days, but almost no time planning our nights 🌙 People schedule meetings, workouts and meals down to the minute. But sleep is often treated as something that just happens when we're done with everything else 😄 That's one reason I enjoy following @Sleepagotchi. It reminds me that recovery isn't something separate from life. It's part of the process 💤 Maybe that's why two people can work equally hard and get completely different results. Because performance isn't only about effort. It's also about what happens between the effort 🧠 The more I think about it, the more I believe that consistency is built at night, not during the day ⚡ What's one evening habit that has made your mornings noticeably better? 🤔
