My colleague who joined with me said they’re quitting by the end of this month 😭 When I asked why, they said the managers have a somewhat outdated, rigid style, and on top of the responsibilities they were hired for, they keep getting assigned additional tasks. They even said, “I’d rather earn a little less money and work somewhere more relaxed.” I really appreciated having a colleague— it gave me motivation and made things better— but now that they’re leaving, I’m worried company life will be even harder 😢
