It's not even about "Nonchalant or challant" it's about assistance, helping, knowing that the person is busy at that moment and you can step in as a "Friend, partner, sibling" They're people that wouldn't even pick up the call or tell you your phone is ringing and they'll ignore it, or rather shout "COME YOUR PHONE IS RINGING O" and that's a very bad attitude or character. Pray we all find someone that cares so much about us and the things in our lives as we care about them!
