I went to refill my gas cylinder this morning at a different station from where I normally buy. At my usual station, I pay ₦1,800 for 1kg of gas. But I ran out earlier than expected, so I decided to try another station closer to me. They told me it was ₦2,000 per kg. I thought it was a joke. The man repeated it like he was doing me a favour. I carried my cylinder and went back to my usual place. I spent ₦500 on transport to my usual station, only to be told that their new price is ₦2,100 per kg. I became weak 😥 I paid ₦500 just to come back and suffer the same fate. 😭
