Within a 60-day negotiation period, release $24 billion in frozen funds. Even more striking: the U.S. and its allies must submit an Iran reconstruction plan totaling no less than $300 billion. This isn’t a victor’s terms from the U.S.—it looks more like reparations. Even Li Hongzhang would think twice. Has Trump actually seen these terms? Or will this, like the last round of talks, end with him calling it “FAKE NEWS!”?
