Yesterday, I mentioned that the 0.5 level provided solid support, and yesterday’s pullback occurred on declining volume! Today, as price hit 0.5, it bounced back—and several strong individual securities stocks are already stirring (East Money, CITIC Securities)! It seems the battery sector lacks the momentum to sustain a strong upward breakout. Looking at the tech sector: Communications (optical modules and fiber optics are the strongest!) comes next, followed by semiconductors. But the clearest current theme is the communications sector with clear earnings fundamentals—other sectors are merely following suit.
