DUMLAO: DSWD AIMS TO IMPROVE MANUAL AYUDA PAYOUTS Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Spokesperson Irene Dumlao said the agency is planning to improve its manual ayuda payouts to ensure that no ghost beneficiaries receiving cash aids.
