Wow I was kind of amused looking at my response to the daily stoic...saying the way I see other people is the same way other people see me or vice versa, in a sense. That you can't really hold a negative view about oneself or anyone else and expect to be able to break the notion by not changing how it's applied. Its funny how emotionally intelligent means being aware of how the emotions of others relates to how to communicate well. Similarly, being in control of one's emotions to be able to analyze before integrating into deep thoughts, plans , and behaviors is a whole different awareness but which seems kind of essential to be prepared to really understand how anyone else is receptive to emotional energy
