The fatal flaw. No Kings. A noble and worthy ideal. However, when it comes to Bitcoin and the Bitcoin protocol, however entrusted whoever it was left to may have been. The forces of Evil. They are always strong. They are always on the look out. For weakness. For power. For corruption. For advantage. For any opportunity to dominate and obliterate. Destroy. Subvert. Exploit. Hijack and Own. No Kings. A worthy ideal. Naive for it leaves a vacuum. Power, whether Good or Evil, WILL step into that gap. To fill it. To keep it. To rule. So no. I don't believe there should be a king who rules. However, if you are looking to win against the forces of Evil in this world. Then yes. You do need Kings to take up their armor, their horses, and their swords. Vocally so. Especially the ones that just want to be left alone, to their own peace. There was a time when warriors had bravery and a warrior if so deemed became a King. Not for the ruling of others, but in the wisdom towards protecting the Kingdom and it's people. I don't know if anyone hasn't already noticed, good and bad actors alike, but there are already quite a few Kings within the Cryptocurrenccy industry. None championing the real Bitcoin Protocol that assures a world with no Kings. Ironic.
