Project Introduction
The project aims to tie the real and virtual together around PREMAX, an NFT marketplace. Based on the strong security capabilities of the PREMA Wallet, it is intended to serve as a hub between the metaverse, blockchain games, the guilds that support them, the real world and Web3 and Web2. By utilizing NFC tags and QR codes, PREMA has completed the creation of an experience value system that links the real and virtual.

After graduating from Musashino Art University in Tokyo, I worked for an advertising agency, but was drawn to creating rather than advertising, so I became a graphic designer for a game company. Over the next 30 years I was involved in game development and production, working on more than 100 game titles. I founded X-Creation Inc. in 2013 and have been involved in the development of the PREMA platform. We are developing various services using blockchain and NFT technology, ranging from fintech to entertainment.

Q: Please tell us briefly about your project.
Kawakami: The PREMA platform is centered on PREMA X, an NFT marketplace. It uses the PREMA Wallet and traceability system to connect NFTs with their used places, such as URLs (UnReal Life, the unreal world) such as metaverse blockchain games, and IRLs (In Real Life, the real world) such as physical products and spaces.
With the launch of the PREMA platform in Q3 2023, we are currently focusing on developing core technologies (NFC and AQR), PREMA chain development, NFT product development, and so on.
Q: Please tell us briefly about the token also.
Kawakami: PREMA tokens will be the value foundation supporting the PREMA platform, where anyone can access the necessary utilities of URLs and IRLs at any time. It will also function as the native token of the said blockchain as soon as the development of the PREMA chain is completed.
As of February 2023, it is traded on ten (10) exchanges.
Q: What are you going to talk about today?
Kawakami: It is what our projects and the products we plan to develop will enable in the future.
Q: What is today's specific theme?
Kawakami: Judo digital card! It is expected to have high utility as an NFT with inherent value as well as the use of advanced photography techniques. This product closely relates to PREMA's core concept of connecting the real and virtual worlds.
Q: What is a Judo digital card?
Kawakami: This is a digital trading card (NFT) using volumetric video technology. It is a breakthrough that allows you to view famous scenes of each judo athlete, visualized in 3D data with a three-dimensional feel from any angle you wish.
Q: What is volumetric video technology?
Kawakami: This technology converts real-world objects into 3D models and makes it possible to generate images from any angle.
Q: Can you tell us about the concrete presentation used in the Judo Digital Cards?
Kawakami: In the case of the Judo Digital Card, the subject's motion is stopped when the technique is applied. Camera work that freely rotates up, down, left, right, and across the space is used to create the illusion that time has stopped and angles that make the viewer feel as if they are looking from beneath the tatami mats. The camera can convey the charm of Judo to the fullest extent.
Not only will you enjoy its beauty and dynamism, but it will also be useful for practicing judo techniques.
Q: How exactly does the Judo Digital Card connect the real world to the virtual world?
Kawakami: A limited edition Judo Digital Card (NFT), available only at sporting event venues, will be offered to visitors using NFC and AQR. We are also considering making these digital cards function as tickets or product purchase coupons for different events and offering their owners airdrop different limited edition NFTs. The collected exclusive NFTs will remind visitors of the enthusiasm they experienced at the event. These user experiences will enhance the value of the event experience for visitors and provide a new way to enjoy the sport in real and virtual Life.
Q: How will the Judo Digital Card be obtained/transacted?
Kawakami: First, the limited digital cards can be obtained via physical actions via NFC and AQR installed at the event site. We are also considering attaching NFC and AQR to Judo-related products and obtaining them from there. Regarding the digital environment, we will enable trading and exchange on the PREMA platform (PREMA X, PREMA Wallet) with the release of the PREMA Wallet in Q3 2023, which will also support NFC and AQR. In addition, the PREMA X marketplace will also be released. Therefore, all of the above will be possible at this time.
Q: How do you envision these indispensable innovations to make a progressive change in the future?
Kawakami: In this way, our project will open up a new world where users can seamlessly move between URL (UnReal Life) and IRL (In Real Life) by employing innovative technologies through web3. We hope you will join us in creating the future PREMA aims for!

Q: It has come to my attention that Prema bills itself as "a much sought-after item for core fans." And this is through the children that the platform will motivate them to attend the matches. How will this be done, and will their content be age-restricted?
Kawakami: We believe that the example of the Judo card, its practicality, and its gambling potential will motivate people to take up the sport. For example, if they can get NFTs and their rewards, which can be obtained at limited match sites, they will want to get stronger and win more matches. Age restrictions would vary depending on the content and the regulations of the region in which it is deployed.
Q: What distinguishes Judo Colleca from other NFT collections and motivated the team to develop this innovative idea of fusing conventional Japanese martial arts with digital art? Any future expansion into other facets of Japanese culture for the Judo Colleca project?
Kawakami: The Judo card was planned for the international Judo tournament in December 2022 to offer a new way to enjoy Judo by crossing various technologies, including NFT, around volumetric video technology. We are already planning NFT projects named after Japanese sake and traditional Japanese arts, which will be released really soon.
Q: Do you have tutorial videos so we can get to know PREMA more clearly, or do you have a Youtube channel or something?
Kawakami: It does not exist yet, but I would like to plan it! For example, utilizing a Vtuber or such character might be better than just a tutorial for better understanding.
Q: As NFTs continue to gain popularity in the sports industry, how do you envision their potential impact on fan engagement and loyalty, and how can platforms like PREMA be used to enhance this relationship between fans and their favorite athletes and teams?
Kawakami: Sports-related NFTs can be collectibles with special value for fans. Prema's platform can also be used to sell sports-related events and merchandise. For example, the purchase of NFTs can be linked to event tickets and exclusive merchandise availability. This makes fans feel more connected to the players and teams and creates a new revenue stream for sports businesses.
Q: What kind of partnerships with different projects/platforms/protocols can we expect from Prema in the future? Could you give us some examples of how other projects can leverage Prema?
Kawakami: NFT transactions using NFC and AQR technologies are PREMA's strength. With the cooperation of Prema with other projects, its products can be experienced more safely and easily. For example, NFC tags can connect in-game items to the real world. And you could use AQR codes to issue tickets to special events in the real world.
Q: It's interesting to teach children directly, but will it be as simple and clear for a child to understand? And how do you aim to connect the real and virtual through Web3? So please enlighten me or elaborate so that I can understand it.
Kawakami: PREMA can leverage NFC and AQR technologies to make NFT transactions easier and more secure. This will contribute to developing the NFT market and allow more people, including children, to participate and enjoy this sector. Q: Where does the "PRMX" name come from?
Kawakami: We named it after the name, “PREmium MArketplace." In addition, the marketplace we are creating is called PREMA X. The token ticker, “PRMX”is named after it.
Q: PREMA utilizes NFC and AQR technology to connect the real world and blockchain. Can you explain how this technology allows for a more secure and user-friendly interface in the NFT domain?
Kawakami: For example, by attaching an NFC tag to an NFT, you can easily transfer NFTs to your wallet. Also, AQR codes can be used to read the information on NFTs quickly.
PREMA uses these technologies to make NFT transactions more secure.
For example, NFC tags prevent unauthorized transactions by making it impossible for anyone who purchased the NFT to transfer it. In addition, the AQR code allows the user to verify that the NFT is genuine.
Q: JUDO COLLECA is a great tradable collection. It also promotes Japanese culture worldwide with the help of Web3, but not everyone is fond of JUDO classics. Will you be introducing products outside the Japanese scheme in the future?
Kawakami: We are collaborating with many talents and IPs. We also plan to pursue NFT projects in various non-sports schemes. Please see our roadmap for more details.
Q: Such popular players will come and teach the children. Will it proceed offline? If so, where will it be geographically?
Kawakami: There is still a serious COVID-19 pandemic in the world. And there will be geographical problems. Therefore, it would be great to have both online and offline events. If we can hold the event in Japan and other countries worldwide, everyone will be able to enjoy it more, and it will become a unique, one-of-a-kind, precious experience just like NFT.
