KuCoin Futures completed the the BTC and ETH USDT-margined perpetual contracts upgrade, and the order cancellation service has been opened at 03:35:00 on September 17, 2023 (UTC). By that time, users can cancel orders. The order placement is still unavailable during this process and the contracts trading will be restored by 03:40:00 (UTC) the same day.
