Last updated: 09/29/2026 02:11:00
Predictions Trading Trial Funds are promotional credits for trading on designated prediction markets. They are issued as coupons, which specify the credit amount, eligible markets, and time limits.
The trial funds principal cannot be withdrawn. Any net profit belongs to you. See the funds and profit details below.
1. What Should I Know Before Using a Coupon?
-
One coupon, one order: Each coupon can be used once and linked to only one order. It cannot be used for additional orders.
-
Only one coupon in use at a time: You may hold multiple Predictions Trading Trial Funds coupons, but only one can be In Use at a time. Wait until the linked order and related fund processing are complete before using another coupon to place an order.
-
Eligibility and time limits apply: Review the coupon rules, eligible markets, and displayed deadlines. Regional, identity verification, and account requirements also apply.
2. How Do I Use My Trial Funds?
-
Open My Rewards, find your coupon under Unused, and select Use.
-
Review the eligible market, coupon terms, and market rules.
-
Confirm your selected market, outcome, and order details, then submit your order.
The system checks your coupon and eligibility. Once an order is successfully linked to the coupon, its one-time use is consumed and its status changes to In Use.
Opening the market page does not use up your coupon. If you leave without submitting an order, the coupon remains unused, subject to its time limits.
3. What Do the Coupon Statuses Mean?
| Status | Meaning | What You Can Do |
| Unused | No order has been successfully linked to the coupon. | Select Use to open an eligible market. |
| In Use | The linked order or related fund processing is still in progress. | View your order or position. |
4. Can I Withdraw the Trial Funds?
No. The coupon amount is not a withdrawable balance. The principal is recovered as part of settlement and related fund processing.
Any net profit belongs to you and is credited to your available assets once settlement and related fund processing are complete. Using trial funds does not guarantee a profit.
5. Frequently Asked Questions
Why Can't I Use My Coupon?
Check the reason shown on the page. Common reasons include:
-
The coupon does not belong to your current account.
-
The coupon has expired or the order placement deadline has passed.
-
The selected market is not eligible.
-
You do not meet the regional, identity verification, or account requirements.
A failed eligibility check does not consume the coupon's one-time use.
Can I Use Trial Funds If I Have Traded With My Own Funds?
Yes, provided you meet the coupon rules and current eligibility requirements. Previous trading with your own funds does not, by itself, prevent you from using trial funds.
Why Is My Coupon Still In Use After the Usage Period Ends?
The linked order is awaiting settlement, or related fund processing is still underway. Once this coupon’s usage period ends, it can no longer be used to place an order. Check the existing order's progress under In Use.
6. Important Notes
Before trading, review the coupon terms and the market's trading, resolution, and settlement rules. Market prices reflect participants' views or implied probabilities, not certain outcomes. Any separate trades placed with your own funds remain subject to trading risk.
