Physical Prize Terms & Conditions

Winners of physical prizes will be contacted by KuCoin within 14 business days after the campaign ends.

KuCoin will arrange shipment of the physical prizes within 14 business days after the winner's delivery information has been successfully collected and verified.

Winners are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. KuCoin shall not be responsible for any delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the winner.

Physical prizes will be shipped to eligible destinations whenever possible. However, due to shipping restrictions, local regulations, or where the shipping cost exceeds the value of the prize, delivery may not be available to certain countries or regions.

Only in the circumstances described in Clause 4, KuCoin reserves the right to offer winners an equivalent amount in USDT, based on the assessed value of the prize, as an alternative reward. Except for such circumstances, winners will receive the physical prize and may not exchange it for USDT or any other reward.

Winners are solely responsible for complying with any applicable customs requirements, import regulations, taxes, duties, and other local laws in their jurisdiction.

KuCoin shall not be responsible for any issues arising during shipment, including but not limited to customs clearance delays, import restrictions, additional charges imposed by local authorities, loss, damage, or failed delivery caused by third-party logistics providers or government authorities.

The list of countries and regions not eligible for physical prize delivery is set out in Appendix A: Non-Serviceable Countries and Regions for Physical Prize Delivery. KuCoin reserves the right to update this list from time to time based on shipping availability, local regulations, and logistics conditions.
