KuCoin Feed Task Center offers users various engagement and creator reward campaigns. Complete tasks to earn rewards including trial funds, bonus vouchers, token airdrops, and more.
Below are some frequently asked questions about the Feed Task Center.
What is the Feed Task Center?
The Feed Task Center is KuCoin Feed’s dedicated rewards hub where users can complete designated tasks to earn rewards.
Task categories include:
New User Tasks
Designed for new users
Complete basic actions such as posting and interacting with content
Earn rewards including trial funds and vouchers
Creator Tasks
Complete content creation, follow, and trading-related tasks
Share token reward pools
How do I access the Feed Task Center?
You can enter through:
Feed Homepage / Market Feed / Chart Feed
Tap: "+" to open the personal tools panel.
Then tap: "Task Center" to enter the Task Center.
What sections are included in the Task Center?
The Task Center currently contains two sections:
New User Tasks
Available to eligible new users only.
Creator Tasks
Available to all eligible users.
At the top of the page, you can also access: "My Rewards" to view your reward history.
Why can’t I see the "New User Tasks" tab?
New User Tasks are only available to users who meet all of the following conditions:
Have never completed a trade
Have not completed New User Tasks before
Pass risk control requirements
Default display logic:
Eligible users: Automatically enter the "New User Tasks" tab
Regular users: Only see "Creator Tasks"
Users who have completed all New User Tasks:Automatically enter "Creator Tasks" in future visits
If the campaign ends, the New User Task tab will automatically disappear.
How do I participate in New User Tasks?
Follow these steps:
Step 1: Tap "Register". The system will automatically verify your eligibility.
Step 2: Complete tasks after successful registration.
Step 3: Claim rewards after completing tasks.Task status will update automatically.
Why did my registration fail?
Possible reasons include:
You have already completed trading
Your registration period exceeds 7 days
You do not meet campaign requirements
Risk-control restrictions apply
Your region is not eligible
The campaign has ended
The system will display a corresponding notice based on your situation.
What are Creator Tasks?
Creator Tasks are campaign activities jointly launched by KuCoin and project partners.
Users can qualify for rewards by completing a series of tasks.
Examples include:
Follow accounts
Publish Feed posts
Create content around specific topics
Complete trading tasks
Follow designated accounts
Users must complete all tasks to become eligible for rewards.
Campaign rewards are distributed through shared reward pools.
Why do Creator Tasks require registration?
Creator Tasks require registration before participation.
Tap: "Join" to enter the task details page.
Then tap: "One-click Registration"
Tasks can only begin after successful registration.
Progress made before registration will not be counted.
How are Creator Task rewards distributed?
For reward pool campaigns:
Only users who complete all required tasks are eligible for rewards.
Users who fail to complete all tasks will not receive rewards.
Why does my task display X/X?
Task button example: "View Tasks X/X"
This represents: Completed tasks / Total tasks
Example:
3/5 means you have completed 3 tasks out of 5 total tasks.
What do Creator Task statuses mean?
Campaigns may display the following statuses:
Coming Soon: The campaign has not started yet and a countdown is shown.
Join: The campaign is live and available for registration.
View Tasks X/X: You have registered and can view progress.
Ended: The campaign has ended and is no longer available.
Joined (Ended): You participated, but the campaign has already ended.
Why haven't I received my reward after completing tasks?
Possible reasons include:
Campaign rewards have a limited quota and are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis
Not all tasks were completed
The campaign has not ended yet
Rewards are still being calculated
Rewards have not yet been distributed
Risk-control review failed
Some project rewards are distributed after the campaign ends.
How do I check my reward history?
Go to: Feed Task Center
Tap: "My Rewards"
You can view: New User reward history and Creator reward history
Reward details can also be viewed in your account records after distribution.
Will I receive a notification after rewards are distributed?
Yes.
Once Creator Task rewards have been distributed, the system will send an in-app notification.
Example:
Title: Creator Task Rewards Have Been Distributed!
Content: You successfully completed the creator campaign for {projectName}. Your reward of {amount} has been distributed to your account. Please check your balance.
