To welcome high-value traders from other platforms, KuCoin has launched the VIP Level Match Program. Eligible users can apply for a VIP upgrade of up to 2 levels, based on their trading fee level (taker fee) on other platforms, and quickly unlock KuCoin VIP-exclusive trading and asset services.

Through this program, VIP users from other cryptocurrency exchanges, as well as professional traders from equities or forex markets with comparable trading volume and fee levels, can obtain a higher VIP tier on KuCoin.

What You Get with a VIP +2 Upgrade

Upon successful VIP level matching, users will gain access to preferential trading fee rates under the KuCoin VIP program.

  • Higher VIP levels unlock lower Spot and Futures trading fees

  • Reduced trading costs lead to improved execution efficiency

  • Users can match their KuCoin VIP level based on their Taker fee rates on other exchanges and receive an additional 2 VIP tiers upgrade, gaining fast-track into higher VIP tiers and more competitive trading fees.

Who Can Apply

The VIP Level Match Program is open to:

  • Existing VIP users from other cryptocurrency exchanges

  • Professional traders with high trading volume records on other platforms

  • Traders with substantial activity on equity or forex trading platforms / brokerages

Supported platforms include, but are not limited to:

  • Bitget

  • Bybit

  • HTX

  • Gate.io

  • BingX

  • Phemex

If your platform is not listed above, you may still submit an application for review by the KuCoin VIP team.

How to Apply

Follow these steps to submit your application:

  1. Visit the KuCoin VIP page: https://www.kucoin.com/vip/privilege

  2. Complete the VIP Level Match application form

  3. Upload proof of your trading volume within the past 30 days (e.g., trading volume screenshots or VIP status screenshots)

  4. Submit your application

The KuCoin VIP team will review your submission and, if eligible, will contact you within 48 hours to complete the VIP level upgrade.

Review Criteria

  • Submitted trading volume will be evaluated based on KuCoin VIP tier standards

  • Eligible users will be matched to the corresponding VIP level, with a maximum upgrade of 2 tiers

  • Additional documentation may be requested if necessary

  1. Submitted trading data must be valid within the past 30 days

  2. Please ensure all materials are accurate and authentic; falsified or altered information may result in rejection

  3. Final VIP level matching results are subject to the KuCoin VIP team’s review

  4. KuCoin reserves the right to modify or terminate this program based on market conditions and retains final interpretation rights
