Validity of the Offer
This promotional offer is valid only for bookings made via plazapremiumlounge.com during the applicable promotion or booking period.
The offer applies to lounge access bookings from 22 September 2025 onwards, subject to availability.
The applicable discount will be automatically applied at the time of booking.
There is no limit to the number of bookings per user.
If a booking is subsequently modified, the discount may no longer apply.
This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotional codes, vouchers, or offers.
Smart Traveller Programme
Smart Traveller members must log in to their Plaza Premium Lounge account before booking in order to view and access the discounted rate.
Eligible members may receive a discount of up to 20%, subject to availability.
Discounted member rates are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Availability
All reservations are subject to availability.
Lounge access is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Advance reservations do not guarantee access if operational or capacity constraints apply.
Payment and Booking Confirmation
Full payment must be completed at the time of booking in order to benefit from the discount.
A booking is considered confirmed only once full payment has been successfully received by Plaza Premium Lounge.
A booking confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided during the booking process.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that a valid and accessible email address is provided.
Booking Modification and Cancellation
Bookings may be modified up to 6 hours before the scheduled lounge admission time.
A EUR 10 fee per person will apply to any permitted modification.
No refunds will be granted for cancellations made within 6 hours prior to lounge admission.
Refunds and changes outside these conditions are subject to Plaza Premium Lounge’s policies.

Plaza Premium Lounge processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Final Provisions
In the event of a dispute, Plaza Premium Lounge’s decision shall be final, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights under applicable law.
In case of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
