How to Lock Your Account’s VIP Level
Step 1: Log in to your account and access the Help Center to find the 【Apply to Adjust VIP Limits】 feature.
Step 2: Choose the desired VIP level cap and confirm your selection.
Step 3: Once confirmed, the VIP level cap will take effect immediately, and you can modify it anytime.
How to Cancel the VIP Level Limits Setting
Step 1: Log in to your account and access the Help Center to find the 【Apply to Adjust VIP Limits】 feature.
Step 2: Click 【Cancel】, and the changes will take effect immediately, restoring the default VIP level rules for your account.
Rules
- Setting a fixed VIP level will also limit your 24‑hour withdrawal limits and API rate limits according to the chosen VIP level.
- If you have any coupons or vouchers whose VIP benefits exceed the fixed VIP level, those higher‑level benefits will not apply.
