What is the KCS Loyalty Level Program? 

The KCS Loyalty Level Program allows KuCard users to earn extra rewards on top of their regular KCS staking returns. Starting from March 13, users can earn up to 5.5% cashback on qualifying purchases, credited in the form of KCS staking.

How does the KCS Loyalty Level Program work? 

Users earn cashback on qualifying purchases made with their KuCard, in addition to the KuCard Cashback Program. The cashback percentage varies based on the user's loyalty level within the KCS Loyalty Level Program.

How do I join the KCS Loyalty Level Program?

To join the KCS Loyalty Level Program, you need to stake at least 1 KCS in the KCS Staking product. Your loyalty level is determined by the ratio of your KCS staking holdings to your total account assets.

What are the different loyalty levels and their criteria?

How are loyalty levels updated?

Loyalty levels are updated daily at 07:00 (UTC+8), based on the average value from random snapshots taken over the past 24 hours. Users can monitor their current staking ratio in real-time, with updates occurring every hour.

How can I maximize my benefits with the KCS Loyalty Level Program?

To maximize your benefits, stake more KCS to reach higher loyalty levels. The more KCS you hold and stake, the more rewards and perks you can enjoy.

How is cashback distributed? 

The KCS staking percentage is calculated daily and distributed to the user's account on the 16th of the following month.

Examples of Cashback Earnings:

Scenario 1 – VIP 0, Below 10,000 USDT
*K1 (1% + 0.5% Cashback)
  • If you spend USDC 500 in a month, you can earn up to USDC 5.00 in regular cashback and an additional USDC 2.50 from the KCS Staking Bonus.
  • Calculation: 
USDC 500 * 1% = USDC 5.00 (Regular) +
USDC 500 * 0.5% = USDC 2.50 (KCS Bonus)
= USDC 7.50 (Total)
Scenario 2 – VIP 1-4 (10,000 – 20,000 USDT)
*K3 (1.5% + 2% Cashback)
  • If you spend USDC 2,000 in a month, you can earn up to USDC 30.00 in regular cashback and an additional USDC 25.00 from the KCS Staking Bonus.
  • Calculation: 
USDC 2,000 * 1.5% = USDC 30.00 (Regular) +
USDC 2,000 * 2% = USDC 40.00 (KCS Bonus) (capped at USDC 25)
= USDC 55.00 (Total)
Scenario 3 – VIP 5-7 (Above 20,000 USDT)
*K2 (2% + 1% Cashback)
  • If you spend USDC 1,000 in a month, you can earn up to USDC 20.00 in regular cashback and an additional USDC 10.00 from the KCS Staking Bonus.
  • Calculation:
USDC 1,000 * 2% = USDC 20.00 (Regular) +
USDC 1,000 * 1% = USDC 10.00 (KCS Bonus)
= USDC 30.00 (Total)
Scenario 4 – VIP 11-12 (Above 20,000 USDT)
*K4 (3% + 5.5% Cashback)
  • If you spend USDC 3,000 in a month, you can earn up to USDC 90.00 in regular cashback and an additional USDC 40.00 from the KCS Staking Bonus.
  • Calculation:
USDC 3,000 * 3% = USDC 90.00 (Regular) +
USDC 3,000 * 5.5% = USDC 40.00 (KCS Bonus) (capped at USDC 40)
= USDC 130.00 (Total)

How do I view my cashback earned?

  1. Log in to Your KuCoin (NZL) Account:
  • Open the KuCoin (NZL) app or visit the KuCoin (NZL) website and log in with your credentials.
  1. Navigate to the Funding Account Section:
  • Go to the "Assets" tab and select "Funding Account - KuCard" from the menu. Here, you can see your total balance and available cashback details.
  1. Check Available Cashback:
  • In the "Available Cashback" section, you will see the amount of cashback you have earned and any pending cashback. For example, you might see "Earned: 1.29934265 KCS" and "Pending: 2.38781019 KCS."
  1. View Recent Transactions:
  • Scroll down to the "Recent Transactions" section to see a list of your recent transactions, which can help you track where your cashback is coming from.
  1. Access KCS Bonus Details:
  • Click on the "KCS Bonus" pop-up to view detailed information about your earned and pending cashback. This section will also show your loyalty level, such as "Explorer," and provide an option to view more details.
