How to redeem your KuCard cashback?
Step 1 – Access the cashback page
Log in to your KuCoin account and navigate to the KuCard Cashback page.
Step 2 – Select a redemption asset
Choose your preferred supported crypto-asset for redemption (e.g. BTC), subject to availability.
Step 3 – Enter the redemption amount
Specify the amount of cashback you wish to redeem and select Confirm.
Step 4 – Redemption completion
Once confirmed and successfully processed, the redeemed amount will be debited to your designated account.

Cashback redemption is a reward conversion, not a cash withdrawal or investment service.
The crypto-asset amount debited is determined based on the applicable conversion rate at the time of redemption.
