App :
After logging in, tap on your profile. Then, navigate to the Support tab and select Submit a Ticket.

Go to www.kucoin.com, scroll down to the bottom, then select Official Verification Center.

You can then confirm an official KuCoin contact or domain by entering the telephone number, email, WeChat, Telegram, Skype, Twitter, or website address in the search bar.
