How to Exit from the P2P Merchant Program

KuCoin is committed to providing an optimal trading experience for our valued merchants. As part of this commitment, we are pleased to introduce an automated feature that allows for a smooth exit from the P2P Merchant Program. Follow the instructions below to take advantage of this convenient service with ease.

 

Step 1. Sign in to your KuCoin account, navigate to the P2P page, click More in the upper right corner, and select End Merchant Status.

Step 2. Choose your reason why you want to exit the merchant program.

Step 3. Confirm that everything is correct. Please note that once you exit, you will not be able to post ads. Your security deposit will be unfrozen and returned to your Funding account after a specified number of days.

Step 4. Complete the unbinding process.

Note:
1. The review process is expected to take between 1 to 4 weeks. Once your request has been approved, you will receive a notification via email and KuCoin App. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time. We will do our best to complete the review as quickly as possible. 

2. Please note that the auto-exit feature for merchants is currently only available for the NGN, INR, PKR, and MYR markets. If you encounter any issues during the exit process, please contact our official customer service at support@kucoin.com, or send an email to P2P@kucoin.com
