Range Bound

1. What is Range Bound?
Range Bound is a structured product designed to offer high returns during phases of market consolidation, otherwise known as range-bound markets. By correctly predicting the price range of an asset, Range Bound offers you a chance for higher yields.
After purchase, your order will be instantly anchored to the real-time price of the corresponding cryptocurrency in the spot market.
Scenario 1:
At the end of the product’s term, if the spot market price of the asset never exceeds the predefined range, you earn higher yields on settlement.
Scenario 2:
At the end of the product’s term, if the spot market price of the asset exceeds the predefined range, the order is knocked out, locking in its value. If this happens, the settlement amount may be less than your principal.
Risk Warning: This product may result in a loss of principal. Please use with caution.

2. How does settlement for Range Bound work?
If price remains within range:
Profit = Amount Subscribed * Estimated APR * Days Subscribed / 365
If price exceeds range:
Settlement Amount = Principal * (1 - Risk Ratio)
