1. Fiat Deposit & Withdrawal Service Limits Classification
1.1 Fiat Deposit & Withdrawal Daily Limit
The Fiat Deposit & Withdrawal Daily Limit refers to the maximum cumulative amount set by KuCoin for a user’s fiat deposit and withdrawal service on a daily basis. This limit is designed to enhance account security and ensure compliance with financial regulations. The limit covers the following four aspects:
- Daily limit for fiat deposits
- Daily limit for fiat withdrawals
- Daily limit for purchasing cryptocurrencies using fiat balance
- Daily limit for selling cryptocurrencies to fiat balance
This daily limit is typically calculated and managed in the equivalent value of USDT to allow cross-currency management and control.
1.2 Fiat Deposit & Withdrawal Single-Order Limit
The Fiat Deposit & Withdrawal Single-Order Limit refers to the amount limit set by KuCoin for each individual fiat deposit, withdrawal, or fiat balance transaction to ensure the stability and compliance of the transaction process. This limit is usually measured in the fiat currency used, and the specific amount may vary depending on the payment channel or region.

3. What Happens If the Transaction Amount is Below or Exceeds the Limit?
3.1 Exceeding the Single-Order Maximum Limit
- Fiat Deposit Transactions: If the deposit amount exceeds the single-order maximum limit, the amount will be refunded to the original account.
- Fiat Withdrawal Transactions: You will not be able to initiate a withdrawal transaction exceeding the single-order maximum limit.
- Fiat Balance Transactions: You will not be able to initiate a fiat balance transaction exceeding the single-order maximum limit.
3.2 Below the Single-Order Minimum Limit
- Fiat Deposit Transactions: If the deposit amount is below the minimum limit, the funds will not be credited, and no automatic refund will be made. Please ensure that the deposit amount is within the allowable range.
- Fiat Withdrawal Transactions: You will not be able to initiate a withdrawal transaction below the minimum limit.
- Fiat Balance Transactions: You will not be able to initiate a fiat balance transaction below the minimum limit.
3.3 Exceeding the Daily Limit
If the transaction amount exceeds the daily limit for any service, the following situations may occur:
- Order Creation Blocked: If the order amount exceeds the daily limit for the corresponding service, the system will prevent the order from being created. We recommend checking the remaining balance and adjusting the transaction amount to be within the limit before submitting the order again.
- Transaction Delayed to the Next Day: If the order amount is higher than the remaining daily limit but does not exceed the single-order maximum limit, the system may delay the transaction to the next day and include it in the next day's daily limit.
