We are pleased to inform you that the EUR deposit service via SEPA Bank Transfer has been restored for individual users and is now available as usual.

Individual users may now resume making EUR deposits via SEPA Bank Transfer. Any SEPA deposits initiated during the maintenance period will be processed automatically. If you have completed a SEPA transfer but the funds have not yet been credited to your KuCoin account, please contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.

For institutional users, EUR deposits via SEPA Bank Transfer remain temporarily unavailable. The resumption of this service will be announced in a separate notice. Please stay tuned for further updates.
