WINk (WIN) Monthly Airdrop Program Instructions

Dear KuCoin Users,

KuCoin will support the monthly airdrop program of WIN. The snapshot of TRX balances will be taken at 00:00:00 (UTC+8) on the 28th day of each month. WIN will be distributed based on the following rules:

WIN received by each user = Total WIN received by KuCoin based on total TRX holding for the respective monthly airdrop * User TRX holdings ratio

User TRX holdings ratio = User TRX holdings at the time of snapshot / Total TRX held on KuCoin at the time of snapshot

The amount of WIN airdropped each month is as follows:

August 28, 2019 (UTC+8): Initial airdrop of 10,989,000,000 WIN

September 28, 2019 - August 28, 2020 (UTC+8): 999,000,000 WIN airdropped to TRX holders on the 28th day of each month during this period

September 28, 2020 - August 28, 2021 (UTC+8): 1,082,250,000 WIN airdropped to TRX holders on the 28th day of each month during this period

September 28, 2021 - August 28, 2022 (UTC+8): 1,165,500,000 WIN airdropped to TRX holders on the 28th day of each month during this period

Note:

TRX balances under 100 (including those in open orders) will not be included into the monthly WIN calculations.

The airdropped WIN will be distributed within 3 days after the snapshot.

Note:

• TRX in user margin accounts will not be included in each snapshot.
• The Sub-Accounts and Master Account will be treated as the same account for each snapshot.
• TRX balances under 100 (including those in open orders) will not be included into the monthly WIN calculations.
