Warning About Phishing Messages

KuCoin has received several reports from users that scammers are using SMS to ask users to visit a Phishing link to update their trading password.
To avoid these websites, KuCoin strongly recommend that you do the following:
- Be extremely cautious when clicking unknown links (Examples: links shared on social networking sites, Telegram groups and SMS) with domain names similar to KuCoin’s official website(e.g., kucoin-pin.com).
- Always use KuCoin’s official website (https://www.kucoin.com) to sign in and trade.

To prevent any frauds in the name of KuCoin, you can confirm an official KuCoin contact or domain by entering the telephone number, email, WeChat, Telegram, Skype, Twitter, or website address in this page：KuCoin Official Media Verification
If the user does not verify the link or website through the official channel and believes in the fraudulent information and causes property loss, KuCoin will not be liable for any compensation.
