KuCoin Token Listing Voting Activity for PoW Projects: Final Round

Dear KuCoin Users,

KuCoin is launching the final round of KuCoin Token Listing Voting Activity for PoW Projects. Once again, we congratulate Zel (ZEL) and Axe (AXE) for successfully qualifying to the final round.

In the final round, users can vote for their favorite PoW project. The project with the highest number of votes will be eligible for the free token listing. KuCoin will announce the trading opening date and time after the activity ends.

Voting Rules

1. Voting Period: From 17:00 on March 9, 2020 to 17:00 on March 16, 2020 (UTC+8)

2. Voting Method: KuCoin will open an internal deposit voting channel for the two projects that have entered the final round. Users need to deposit the token of their supported project on KuCoin and then withdraw the supported project token to the specified voting address via the withdrawal page on KuCoin to vote.

3. KuCoin will take a random snapshot of each user’s KCS holdings from 17:00 on March 9, 2020 to 17:00 on March 16, 2020 (UTC+8) to determine the number of the user’s votes.

4. The number of project votes = the sum of the votes of each user (each user can only vote for one project, there is only one chance to vote, repeated voting is considered invalid)

5. KuCoin will automatically return the project tokens used for the voting activity to the user's Main Account within 3 working days of the activity ending.

Listing Requirements for the Winning Project：

* Satisfying the KCS holdings and successfully withdrawing the tokens to the designated address will be regarded as a valid vote.

Note:

• If the number of participants and total withdrawal amount meet the relevant requirements, KuCoin will announce the trading opening date and time separately.
• If both criteria have not been met, we will postpone the listing and announce the follow-up operations.
• Sub-accounts can’t participate in this activity as an independent account.

Publication of Results

KuCoin will update the real-time rankings of the final round (number of participants and total withdrawal amount) every day before 21:00, starting on March 10, 2020 (UTC+8). The final results (total withdrawal, snapshot time, total votes) will be announced at 18:00 on March 16, 2020 (UTC+8).

Participation Rewards

If Zel (ZEL) wins the voting activity and gets listed on KuCoin, all participants who voted for ZEL will win a share of 112,500 ZEL rewards in proportion to their withdrawal amount. At the same time, each user who initially recommended the project can get a share of community rewards of 12,500 ZEL (based on community registration).

If Axe (AXE) wins the voting activity and gets listed on KuCoin, all participants who voted for AXE will win a share of 1,500 AXE rewards in proportion to their withdrawal amount. At the same time, each user who initially recommended the project can get a share of community rewards of 1,000 AXE (based on community registration).
