KuCoin Futures Trading System Will Be Suspended for 60 Mins for Upgrading
Dear KuCoin Futures Users:
To cope with the market fluctuations, improve the system performance and offer a better trading experience, KuCoin Futures is going to update its system at 09:00:00 on February 7, 2021 (UTC).
It is estimated that the order cancellation will be available at 10:00:00, all trading and order matchmaking services will be available at 10:05:00.
The upgrade will take about 60 minutes. During this period, the order-matching, order placing, take profit/stop loss features, as well as the auto-deposit margin and other contract functions on KuCoin Futures website, APP and openAPI will be temporarily suspended.
To avoid possible risks, you may enable the “Auto-Deposit Margin” feature or close positions in advance. If a large price fluctuation occurs, we will postpone the upgrade accordingly and notify you via the announcement.
