Announcement of the combined distribution of KCS Bonus

For system optimization reasons, we decided to combine the daily Spot trading part and Futures trading part of KCS Bonus from Dec 31,2021. It means that Kucoin users who used to receive two parts rewards per day will now receive a combined reward per day, and the total value remains unchanged.
