Announcement of IMVU (VCORE) Token Sale on KuCoin Spotlight

Note: Persons and residents from U.S. and Mainland China are not eligible for participation in the sale or distribution of VCORE.

KuCoin will be launching the 26th Spotlight Token Sale with IMVU (VCORE) at 00:00 on June 16, 2023 (UTC). The VCORE token sale will be operated by Hold & Gain Lottery Tickets format.

Spotlight Token Sale Details:

1. Spotlight Hard Cap: 250,000 USD
2. Spotlight Allocation: 40,000,000 VCORE
3. Total Winning Tickets: 2,500 Tickets
4. Maximum Winning Tickets per User: 1 Ticket
5. Total VCORE for Each Winning Ticket: 16,000 VCORE (100 USD)
6. Spotlight Token Sale Price: 1 VCORE = 0.00625 USD
7. Price Ratio: The actual price ratio of KCS will be announced on the day of the Token Sale
8. Token Sale Format: Hold & Gain Lottery Tickets
9. Spotlight Token Distribution Plan: 1/2 will be unlocked on the Token Generation Event (TGE). After 30 days, an additional 1/2 shall be released, such that all Spotlight allocations are released within one month from the TGE date.

How to Participate: (Register Now)

From 00:00 on June 16, 2023 to 00:00 on June 19, 2023 (UTC), KuCoin will randomly take hourly snapshots of users' KCS total holdings. Winners will be chosen in a lottery draw after the subscription period.

To be eligible for participation, users are required to have a daily average KCS holding of at least 10 KCS. The more holdings a user has, the more tickets they will receive!

The detailed rules are as follows:

(*Sub-accounts cannot participate in the Token Sale as independent accounts. However, the tokens held in the Sub-accounts will be combined with the token holdings in the Master account to calculate the Average Daily Holdings.)

Subscription Period: 00:00 on June 16, 2023 to 00:00 on June 19, 2023 (UTC)

During the subscription period, users' holdings will be calculated in hourly snapshots for each day.

Ticket Calculation: 00:00 on June 19, 2023 to 07:00 on June 19, 2023 (UTC)

Lottery Ticket Announcement: 07:00 on June 19, 2023 (UTC)

Token Distribution: 02:00 on June 20, 2023 to 09:00 on June 20, 2023 (UTC)

KuCoin will deduct the corresponding amount of KCS from the qualified users’ Trading Account and distribute the corresponding amount of VCORE. If the deduction is successful, the VCORE will be distributed immediately to the users’ Funding Account. Please make sure you have enough KCS in your Trading account; otherwise, your eligibility to purchase in the Spotlight will be lost.

For all lottery winners, we highly recommend depositing at least 20 KCS in your TRADING ACCOUNT during the VCORE token distribution period.

To participate in the Spotlight event, please ensure your account meets the following criteria:

1. Complete Level 3 Identification Verification (Face Verification) before 00:00 on June 19, 2023 (UTC). Users who fail to pass Level 3 Identification Verification will not be eligible for the subscription to the Spotlight event. (Submit your identity verification at least 6-8 hours prior to the closing of the subscription period.)
2. The users from the following countries/areas are not supported for the token purchase: Albania, Barbados, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burkina Faso, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Eritrea, Haiti, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Iran, Jamaica, Lebanon, Lybia, Mali, Myanmar, Canada, Panama, People's Republic of China, Singapore, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Uganda, United States of America, including all US territories, Thailand and Venezuela.
3. Purchase Agreement Signed.
