01What is the KuCard Referral Event?
The KuCard Referral Event allows existing users to invite new users to register for a KuCard and earn rewards by completing transactions. To qualify as participants, invited users must complete a KuCard transaction of at least 60 EUR.
02How can I share my referral code?
You can share your referral code in the following ways:
Copying the referral code: The referral code is consistent with the offer for limited-time cashback, and the first one shared is used by default.
QR code: Invited users can scan the QR code to directly access the KuCard page.
Image sharing: Share your referral details on social media platforms.
Link sharing: Use links generated by the KuCard team. These links are separate from the limited-time cashback offer.
03How many invitees can I have?
Normal Users: Up to 1000 users can be referred, but only the first 1000 who complete KuCard transactions will be eligible for rewards.
04How are my rewards calculated?
Task 1
Invite users who have not previously applied for a KuCard to register and complete a transaction of at least 60 EUR.
— Referrer Rewards: Earn USDT for every successful invitee who completes a transaction.
— Invitee Rewards: New users receive USDT cashback upon completing their first transaction.
Task 2
If the invitee is a new KuCoin user (registered within the last 30 days and has not completed any transactions), the referrer earns an additional 10 USDT for each new user who completes Task 1.
New User: A user who signed up within the last 30 days, and has not yet engaged in any transactions, trades, or earnings.
05What types of transactions are not eligible?
All transactions are eligible, except those associated with the following merchant category codes (MCC):

MCC 5968
MCC 6012
MCC 6211
MCC 6051
MCC 6300
MCC 7995
MCC 4829
06When are rewards distributed?
Rewards are distributed every Wednesday based on eligible events from the previous Monday to Sunday.
07What happens if an invited user requests a refund after receiving their rewards?
If a refund is requested, all rewards received by both the invited user and the referrer will be revoked. Additionally, both parties will lose eligibility for rewards on any future purchases. If rewards are revoked and there are insufficient funds in the user's account, this will result in a debt that may affect future use of the KuCard.
08What happens if malicious behavior is detected?
If any form of malicious behavior is detected during the event, such as mass account creation or fraudulent registrations, KuCoin will immediately revoke the participant's eligibility and any rewards earned. All participants are required to adhere to fair competition principles to maintain the integrity and transparency of the event.
