Terms & Conditions

1. KuCoin Pay and Uquid reserve the right to disqualify any participants involved in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activities, including but not limited to wash trading, self-transactions, or attempts to manipulate the campaign.
2. Participants in social media activities must ensure their interactive content is publicly visible; otherwise, it will not be counted as valid participation.
3. Rewards will be issued after the campaign concludes. Uquid will first contact winners via email or direct message for confirmation. Upon successful verification, gift cards will be sent to the winners within 10 working days. Actual delivery time may vary due to verification and processing procedures.
4. KuCoin Pay and Uquid may adjust the activity rules or terminate the event early based on actual circumstances, without prior notice.
5. Reward Availability: Each user may complete each task and receive the corresponding reward only once during the campaign period. Rewards may be limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. KuCoin reserves the right to end the reward distribution early if the reward pool is fully allocated.
6. Compliance Notice: For campaigns running concurrently within the same calendar month, each eligible transaction can only be counted ONCE and cannot be used to qualify for rewards across multiple campaigns. In the event of overlapping campaigns, transactions will be allocated based on campaign priority as determined by the platform, and rewards will be issued accordingly. KuCoin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the campaign at its discretion without prior notice if necessary.
