KuCoin Will Support the Ticker Change of Union (U) to UNION
KuCoin will support the ticker change of U token to the UNION token. We will automatically complete the U swap to UNION for U holders on KuCoin.
The arrangements are as follows:

KuCoin Trading Bot will delist U/USDT at 9:00 on May 21, 2026 (UTC), including Spot Grid, AI Spot Trend, Spot Martingale, Infinity Grid, DCA, Spot Grid AI Plus and Smart Rebalance. Users are advised to shut down the running Trading Bots before the time above. If the user fails to close the bot before the time above, the system will automatically shut down the relevant trading bot for the user.

The withdrawal and deposit services for U will be closed at 8:00 on May 22, 2026 (UTC).

The trading service for U/USDT trading pair will be suspended at 10:00 on May 22, 2026 (UTC). We recommend that you cancel your pending orders of U as soon as possible.

From 7:00 to 8:00 on May 25 (UTC), 2026, the PRO&Classic WebSocket may experience temporary disconnections, data loss, or delays. Users may reconnect to the WebSocket to restore the connection.

To complete the change, we will convert the U to UNION at a ratio of 1:1 (1 U = 1 UNION). Related follow-ups to this subject will be announced separately as soon as possible.

After the migration is complete, please ensure you select UNION when depositing on-chain assets to KuCoin.
