The Launch of the New Paper Trading System for KuCoin Futures on June 24, 2022

Dear KuCoin Users,
To upgrade the system and improve the user experience, KuCoin Futures has released the all-new system in the Paper Trading environment, and it will go live at 10:30 on June 24, 2022 (UTC). You can now visit Paper Trading at KuCoin Futures, gain firsthand experience with the brand-new system, and try out new features without ever having to worry about investing or losing real money.

Paper Trading Introduction: namely the Futures Beta Trading, which includes:
1. Enhanced performance and a trading experience like no other.
2. Using the exact same configurations used in our actual production environment.
3. Incorporating our full set of comprehensive online trading data.
4. Providing an upgraded environment and user experience that is identical to that of actual online trading.
In the Paper Trading environment, you will experience a 20x increase in efficiency with up to 90% decreased latency on trades. The testing environment has been enhanced with a series of other features, such as:

Notes:
1. Users will receive 3.6 BTC in value when starting Paper Trading for the first time. This includes 30,000 USDT, 1 BTC and 80,000 XRP.
2. Paper Trading is currently only available through the KuCoin web version. The testing environment, candlestick charts, and prices may differ from Live Trading. Not all Futures contracts are currently supported. The transfer of funds from or to Futures accounts is not yet supported.
3. The funding settlement time in the paper trading environment will also get updated and occur at 00:00, 08:00 and 16:00 (UTC).
4. Paper Trading and Live Trading can be conducted simultaneously without any conflict. Users can use both systems at the same time. Real online trading data will not be affected in any way.
5. Also, the entry for the Paper Trading has been launched in the Live Trading page, and users can access the Paper Trading by simply clicking the "Try Futures 2.0" button on the navigation bar at the top. As is shown below:
When Paper Trading features are stable and complete, KuCoin Futures will launch an upgraded Live Trading system and migrate its web domain to www.kucoin.com/futures. Certain features will be optimized and some pages will be removed. Announcements will be issued in advance when upgrades and server downtime are scheduled. Shall greater market volatility occur before a system upgrade, we shall postpone the system upgrade in accordance with market trends and provide an announcement beforehand.
