Buyback for Gno.land (GNOT) Spotlight Subscription Shares
As the trading price of GNOT has fallen and remained below the initial subscription price of $0.0645 for more than 48 cumulative hours, the buyback mechanism has been officially triggered in accordance with the campaign rules to safeguard users' interests.
Eligible holdings will be repurchased at the original Spotlight participation price, while users who have generated profits can retain 100% of their earnings, unaffected by this buyback.
GNOT Buyback Terms:

The automatic buyback applies solely to GNOT tokens acquired through Spotlight participation and is available only to verified Spotlight participants.

The final GNOT buyback amount is the minimum holding of the subscribed token in the KuCoin Account (used for Spotlight participation) on an hourly basis snapshot before the buyback is completed.

The maximum buyback amount is limited to the original subscription amount.

The buyback will be settled in the same currency used for the subscription, calculated at the original subscription price. If subscribed using KCS at a discounted price, the buyback price will be based on the discounted subscription price.

Any frozen, transferring, trading, and withdrawing balances are not eligible for the buyback.

The subscribed GNOT tokens for buyback will be deducted from your Funding Account. Please ensure that your eligible GNOT tokens have remained in or been transferred to your Funding Account before the buyback is executed at 03:00 UTC on September 22, 2026.

Important Notes:

Only GNOT Spotlight participants who have successfully opted in via the Auto-Buyback Portal on the campaign page are eligible to participate in this buyback event. The users who choose not to opt in will be excluded from the buyback process; their subscribed GNOT tokens will remain securely in their accounts.

For Users with GemPool Staking: Please ensure you unstake your GNOT from GemPool and transfer the tokens to your Funding Account prior to the buyback execution. GNOT tokens remaining locked in GemPool will not be eligible or available for the buyback.

For Users with Open Orders: Please cancel any active GNOT open orders in advance and transfer the corresponding tokens to your Funding Account. Otherwise, the auto-buyback execution may fail due to insufficient available balance.

Where any discrepancy arises between the translated and original English versions, the English version shall prevail.
