KuCoin Will Support the Rename of Xion (XION) to Verona (VERONA)

KuCoin will support the rename of Xion (XION). Xion will be renamed to Verona, with the ticker changing from XION to VERONA. We will automatically complete the XION swap to VERONA for XION holders on KuCoin.
The arrangements are as follows:

KuCoin Trading Bot will delist XION/USDT at 10:00 on June 20, 2026 (UTC), including Spot Grid, AI Spot Trend, Spot Martingale, Infinity Grid, DCA, Spot Grid AI Plus and Smart Rebalance. Users are advised to shut down the running Trading Bots before the time above. If the user fails to close the bot before the time above, the system will automatically shut down the relevant trading bot for the user.

The withdrawal and deposit services for XION will be closed at 08:00 on June 21, 2026 (UTC).

The trading service for the XION/USDT trading pair will be suspended at 10:00 on June 21, 2026 (UTC). We recommend that you cancel your pending orders of XION as soon as possible.

From 08:00 to 10:00 on June 22 (UTC), 2026, the PRO&Classic WebSocket may experience temporary disconnections, data loss, or delays. Users may reconnect to the WebSocket to restore the connection.

To complete the change, we will convert the XION to VERONA at a ratio of 1:1 (1 XION = 1 VERONA). Related follow-ups to this subject will be announced separately as soon as possible.

After the renaming is complete, please ensure you select VERONA when depositing on-chain assets to KuCoin.
Note:
This renaming process does not involve any token contract upgrade or token swap. Only the token's name, ticker, and logo will change.
