KuCoin Will Support the Omni Network (OMNI) Token Swap and Rebranding to Nomina (NOM)
Dear KuCoin Users,
KuCoin will support the token swap and rebranding of Omni Network (OMNI) to Nomina (NOM). The OMNI to NOM token swap will automatically be completed for OMNI holders on KuCoin.
The arrangements are as follows:
1. The deposit and withdrawal services of OMNI will be closed at 02:00:00 on September 29, 2025 (UTC)
2. The trading services for OMNI/USDT trading pair will be closed at 3:00:00 on September 29, 2025 (UTC);
3. To complete the swap, KuCoin will take snapshots of users’ OMNI assets at 10:00:00 on September 29, 2025 (UTC). After the snapshot, we will convert the old OMNI tokens to the new NOM tokens at a ratio of 1:75 (1 old OMNI = 75 new NOM);
4. Deposit and withdrawal services of NOM as well as the trading services for the NOM/USDT trading pair will be opened after the swap is completed. We will notify users in a further announcement.
Please note:
1. Minimum holding for eligibility: 0.25 OMNI;
2. The snapshots will include OMNI balances in Spot accounts (Funding Account + Trading Account);
3. OMNI tokens that were in pending deposit or withdrawal at the time of the snapshots will not be counted towards your balance;
4. After the deposit, withdrawal, and trading services for OMNI are closed, the OMNI token will NO longer be supported on KuCoin. For users who deposit OMNI afterward, KuCoin will NOT be able to cover users’ losses.
