KuCoin Will Support the LTO Network(LTO) Token Swap and Rebranding to EQTY(EQTY)
Dear KuCoin Users,
KuCoin will support the token swap and rebranding of LTO Network(LTO) to EQTY(EQTY). The LTO to EQTY token swap will automatically be completed for LTO holders on KuCoin.
The arrangements are as follows:
1. The deposit and withdrawal services of LTO will be closed at 04:00:00 on October 28, 2025 (UTC)
2. The trading services for LTO/USDT trading pair will be closed at 09:00:00 on October 28, 2025 (UTC);
3. To complete the swap, KuCoin will take snapshots of users’ LTO assets at 12:00:00 on October 28, 2025 (UTC). After the snapshot, we will convert the old LTO tokens to the new EQTY tokens at a ratio of 1:1 (1 old LTO = 1 new EQTY);
4. Deposit and withdrawal services of EQTY as well as the trading services for the EQTY/USDT trading pair will be opened after the swap is completed. We will notify users in a further announcement.
Please note:
1. Minimum holding for eligibility: 700 LTO;
2. The snapshots will include LTO balances in Spot accounts (Funding Account + Trading Account);
3. LTO tokens that were in pending deposit or withdrawal at the time of the snapshots will not be counted towards your balance;
4. After the deposit, withdrawal, and trading services for LTO are closed, the LTO token will NO longer be supported on KuCoin. For users who deposit LTO afterward, KuCoin will NOT be able to cover users’ losses.
