Recently, we have identified malicious actors creating documents, contracts, and/or registration materials with trademarks closely resembling KuCoin's, attempting to impersonate the KuCoin platform for unauthorised account registrations and financial transactions. Please be advised that these activities have no affiliation with KuCoin.
We strongly remind all users:
  • The ONLY official channel for KuCoin registration and identity verification is: kucoin.com
  • Any registration, verification, or fund operations initiated through domains other than kucoin.com are high-risk and potentially fraudulent.
  • If you encounter any suspicious documents or third-party institutions claiming cooperation with KuCoin, please verify through official channels immediately.
If you encounter any suspected fraudulent information or face potential risks, please take the following measures immediately:
  • Do NOT disclose personal identification information, account passwords, or payment details.
  • Preserve evidence (e.g., screenshots of documents or communication records).
