Announcement of KuCoin API Upgrade (2026-07-17)

To further enhance the performance of KuCoin UTA-API, KuCoin will conduct non-disruptive upgrades at 09:00 (UTC) on July 17, 2026, upgrade is expected to last 120 minutes.

During the upgrade periods, the UTA WebSocket may experience temporary disconnections, data loss, or delays.

If any of the above issues occur, users may reconnect to the WebSocket to restore the connection.

After the upgrade, the following updates will be introduced:

[Modify] UTA REST/WebSocket Get Order Book & Subscription

The system automatically identifies call auction status based on the symbol field and returns relevant order book data.

[Add] UTA REST Get Interest Rate Index

[Add] UTA REST Platform 24h Market Statistics

[Add] UTA REST/WS Get Call Auction Info & Subscription supports querying details such as the price range during call auction.
